1. Overview
These terms and conditions govern your use of The Getaway Collective website and participation in our trade promotions. By entering a draw or joining as a member, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 or older. Employees and immediate family members of The Getaway Collective are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Entries
Each competition has a maximum number of entries as displayed on the competition page. Entry prices and tier structures are listed on each competition page. VIP members receive one free entry per active promotion as part of their membership.
4. Draw Process
All draws are conducted via a verified random number generator during a public livestream. Draw dates, times, and platforms are listed on each competition page. Results are final.
5. Prizes
Prize values are approximate and based on retail value at the time of listing. Holiday prizes are booked in consultation with the winner. Cash alternatives, where offered, are as stated on the competition page. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable except where explicitly stated.
6. Membership
VIP membership is billed monthly at $5 AUD. Members may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Getaway Collective is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in draws or use of this website, to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in draws constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
